+ Can I collect my artwork?

Yes, we are based between Liverpool Street and Aldgate stations.

We are there most week days 10am-5:30pm but need advanced warning to make sure someone is available. Please get in contact to arrange collection.


+ I would like my artwork to arrive before a certain date, can you help?

Of course, you’re welcome to organise a courier or we can arrange an expedited delivery to you for a fee. Just give Ellie an email and we’ll try our best to get the work to you in time.


+ Can I specify a time for arrival?

It's not possible to specify a time for arrival with our standard shipping. If you would rather oragnise a courier please get in touch.


+ When will I receive my artwork?

We ship every Tuesday for next day, signed for delivery. We will let you know the day that the artwork is due to arrive and to confirm there will be someone to sign.

It can take up to 2 weeks to ship the works from your purchase date but we will be in touch if it will take any longer. Works in pop-ups and exhibitions may only be available after they have closed.


+ How will my artwork be packaged?

Your artwork will be in a protective box or packaging. Within this it will be appropriately wrapped to protect the artwork and come with a collector’s card with details of the work you have purchased. Works up to A3 are always packed flat to protect the artworks and any larger will be carefully rolled in a tube so as not to damage the work.


+ Will I have to pay taxes or duties if ordering artwork outside of the EU?

Import duties may apply upon entry of the artwork into your own country. All import duties are an additional cost. Partnership Editions does not accept liability for the correct importation of artworks bought on the platform - it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that artworks are imported legally into their own country and that the correct duties are paid.

+ Is the artwork framed?

No, unless otherwise stated.


+ Can you recommend framers?

Yes, we have particular favourites that we know do an excellent job. To organise framing for your artwork please get in contact with Ellie.


+ Can you get the artwork framed for me?

Yes. We can organise framing, just get in touch with Ellie to discuss options. Select £12 UK shipping at checkout and this will cover the delivery to the framers. From there you can collect in person or organise a courier.


+ Can you advise me on what frame to choose?

Yes. Each work and each space can be transformed by the frame you choose. Get in touch if you would like more advise on framing.

+ How can I find out about new releases?

Sign up to our newsletter to be notified the minute that new releases reach the site.


+ I’m interested in buying but the work I like has already sold, are there others available?

Our site has everything currently available, however, the artists may have other works in progress or we may be preparing a new release. If you’re looking for something specific please get in contact with Georgia and she’ll be able to help.


+ Can I commission a piece from an artist?

Yes. If you email Georgia and let her know the artist, space or style you were looking for she will be able to help with commissions.


+ Can you advise me on what would work best in my space?

We would love to help you figure out the best artworks for your space. We are a curated platform and also offer art consultancy to help you curate your space. Just get in contact with Georgia and she’ll be happy to help.


+ Can I see the work in person before I buy?

We do not currently have a permanent exhibition space, however we can accommodate a viewing in Spitalfields. Get in contact with Ellie if you would you like more information.

+ What do you do with my data?

Partnership Editions is fully committed to respecting your privacy and will not share your details with any third parties. If you are on our mailing list, we will be in touch when a new artwork becomes available, but if at any time you would prefer not to receive these updates you can always remove yourself from our list by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of our newsletters. Returns, VAT & Pricing


+ Can I return my artwork?

If you’re not happy with the artwork you have 14 days from receiving it to return it to us for a full refund.

Please note that the work must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. If your work has been damaged during transit then please contact [Ellie][0] and we will help get to the bottom of it with you.


+ Is there VAT on my purchase?

Currently there is no VAT on purchases through Partnership Editions.


+ Is it better, and cheaper, to go directly to the artist?

Not in the case of Partnership Editions. We are run exactly how we’re named – as a partnership between the artist and the platform.

We support the artists in their creation of exclusive works for the site that will be unique and are not available directly from the artist.

All works on Partnership Editions are exclusive to the site and both the artist and the platform set the prices. This means that the price is consistent with going directly to the artist.
